Tickets issued by the State Police or Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office are heard before the judges in Metairie, Louisiana at First Parish Court on David Drive. After referring many people to the clerk’s office for the answer, I finally called myself. Below are the options for payment.

You can pay speeding tickets online online at https://eservices.jpso.com/PayTickets/
Online payments for tickets in Metairie require you to have the last name of the person who received the ticket, either the ticket number (which is on the top of your traffic ticket) or case number for the ticket, the first name of the person who received the ticket, and the date of birth of the person who received the ticket. Please note that JPSO assesses a 2.49% convenience fee for credit/debit card payments, but you can avoid this fee when you pay with a checking account.
First Parish Court does not accept payments over the phone.
Always remember to include your ticket number or case number on your check. The ticket number or case number are the best ways for the Clerk’s Office to know which ticket to apply your payment to.
